Weekend Recap! ❤️

What a weekend!! Definitely one of the busiest I’ve had in a long time!

Friday night kicked things off with a HUGE grazing table, wine, karaoke, dancing and all-around great times celebrating Jill’s fabulous 55th birthday! 🥂🎤💃

Saturday morning was a complete change of pace, creating a gorgeous dessert, cheese & sweets grazing table for my friend Shannon, her Mom Fran and her family for Shannon father Ron’s beautiful Celebration of Life. I was honoured to be a small part of such a special day. ❤️

Then Saturday evening it was time to ROCK! 🤘🎸 We took over the bar at Warpfest and served hundreds of thirsty 80s hair-band rock fans all night long!

And because apparently three events weren’t enough 😂… Sunday was the 11th Annual Shaggy Memorial Golf Tournament! ⛳️ We had a wonderful day of golf, food and drink to celebrate our friend Shaggy.

Four very different events, one VERY full weekend and a whole lot of great people, great food, drinks and memories.

And you know what? This is what we LOVE to do. ❤️ Bringing people together, creating beautiful food, pouring the drinks, helping with the details and being part of the celebrations and moments that matter. From intimate gatherings to big events, birthdays to celebrations of life, grazing tables to full bar service — there may just be a little more of this in our future after we close our doors on Riverside drive at the end of the year. 😉 Stay tuned…

Needless to say, I was pretty much unable to move today. 🤣 My body officially said, “That’s enough, Michelle.”

Live Entertainment is back!!! We put it on hiatus for August but we are back in action starting this Labour Day weekend.

Friday night our favourite Man from Manchester Paul Longden is back with his guitar and singing chops! Saturday it’s the Singing Bartender - back slinging and singing all of your requested favourites. Open 7-Midnight both Friday Sept 4th & Saturday Sept 5th.

Come get your Karma fill this weekend as we will be closed for private events on both Friday the 11th and Saturday the 12th! Hope to see you soon!

Cheers to 8 Years! 🥂❤️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out Saturday night to celebrate 8 incredible years of Karma with us!

What a night! So many laughs, dancing, great music, wonderful memories made — and more than a few familiar TV characters showed up to help us celebrate! 😂📺

A very special thank you to Mark Hawken for everything you did to help me get this day prepped and pulled off — all while singing, entertaining and bartending throughout the night.

A huge thank you as well to Mark Renaud for all of his help setting up, and to Brynn and Hannah for taking over the bars so I could actually step away, enjoy the evening and celebrate with everyone.

A big shout-out to Chef Rayan from Bacchus Restaurant on Erie St. for the absolutely delicious food, and to Jodi and Tay for serving and helping keep everything running smoothly. As well as Renee Pratt for the beautiful cake!

Thank you to The Hoodoos, Joel Mayville and The Singing Bartender for the awesome live music. 🎶

And lastly, thank you so much to Ryan of Lomer Photography for capturing the night and taking so many amazing photos. 📸 Here are just a few of my favourites to enjoy!

The tent is up, the drinks will be flowing, and The Hoodoos start shakin’ at 5PM! 🎶💃

Didn’t pre-purchase a ticket? THAT’S OK — COME ANYWAY! You can come by anytime throughout the evening. 5pm until last call at 11:30.

Hello Lovelies! Our 8th and final Anniversary Party is fast approaching. This Saturday, August 29th. Doors open at 5 and we will be open until 11 or 12 depending on how the night goes! Tickets are $45 plus tax which includes entry, live entertainment, food and a celebratory shot. If you’d like to attend without food you can purchase a ticket for $25 plus tax or pay at the door that night.

Remember to come dressed as your favourite character from any television show from any era!

There are still some tickets left for our last Anniversary Party Bash next Saturday, August 29th! The fun starts at 5 with The Shakin Hoodoos, then continues with Joel Mayville, Paul Longden, possibly a little Kris Marentte thrown in and then The Singing Bartender!
