Summer hours are officially done, but we’re working on something a little different for the fall with Cape Coffee
 
Starting today, September 8, we’re back to our regular hours:
Mon: 7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Tues: 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wed: 7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Thurs: 7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 12 a.m.
Sat: 8:30 a.m. – 12 a.m.
Sun: 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Matcha is here! 🍵
 
Starting Friday, September 4, we’ll officially be serving matcha in the café.
 
This is something we’ve been asked about a lot and have wanted to bring in for some time, so we’re pretty excited to finally make it happen. A big shoutout to our friends at Eastern Tea Bar in Halifax for helping us make this happen.
 
Our matcha of choice is made from Yabukita plants grown in Japan. The real deal.

We hate to see summer coming to an end, but we LOVE when the chanterelles come into season 🍄

A new feature has landed on the menu this week:

Beer braised chanterelles, house made sour dough, smoked gouda, truffle oil

Much like chanterelle season itself, this one won’t be around for long.

Come by and enjoy it and summer while we can!

Last year, we lost our dear friend and team member, Steph. In her memory, our kitchen team created a collection of dishes inspired by some of her favourites.
