This is one of our favorite plates to share, the one our regulars reach for before everything else 👌🏽the one that turns a Friday into an evening. La charcuterie n’a pas besoin de mots. Elle a besoin de temps🙌🏽un peu de patience, un peu de vin, et quelqu’un en face de vous qui en vaut la peine. Notre planche est pensée comme une bonne conversation : des viandes fines, des fromages affinés qui persistent, de petits instants qui invitent à ralentir. C’est l’une de nos assiettes préférées à partager, celle que nos habitués choisissent avant tout le reste, celle qui transforme un vendredi en soirée. Accompagnez-la d’un verre de notre sélection de vins et laissez la soirée prendre son temps.
