Let’s talk about hops.

Hops are one of the four main ingredients in b**r. They add bitterness, flavor, aroma and aide in perseveration. They are added in different stages in the brewing process.
Different hop varieties lend different flavor characteristics. Floral, pine, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, mango are just a few examples of those flavors. 🥭🍍🍊🌲

We list a few of the different hop varieties used in our Pale Ales and IPA’s. 🍺 So next time you taste a b**r, try and pick out the hop flavor that is there.

🎉 We had a blast celebrating all the winners at The Canada B**r Cup and kept the party going for all the winners at The Alberta B**r Awards! 🍻
🍺 Our Wh***ey Jack took home a silver and we couldn’t be prouder! 😊

🍺 Unity Brew is now “on tap”, this year’s style is an Irish Red. Made primarily from Alberta-grown malts. Toasty malt, smooth caramel, biscuit and toffee notes with a clean, dry finish.
🛑 Stop in to give it a try!

It was recently bought to our attention that our hours may differ on different apps.
If you use “Apple Maps” it may say that we are open 7 days a week and much longer hours than we really are.
I was speaking with a local mechanic and he claimed the same app stated he was a “24 hour shop with towing available”. He is a small 2 man shop that does not own a tow truck!

Now my point is, don’t believe everything you read or see on social media or various apps! Go to the businesses website or check their hours posted on their doors! Our hours have not changed in over 5 years.
We are open Tuesday to Thursday 2:00 to 7:00.
Friday’s & Saturday’s, 12:00 to 8:00.
Anyone that knows us, also knows that we are flexible and often stay later.
