Still working on my video editing skills - because normally CapCut is my bestie 😍

Tent weddings are BEAUTIFUL… but here’s what people don’t always tell you. 👀

A tent may keep the rain off your tables, but there’s a whole lot more to think about when Mother Nature decides to join the guest list. 🌧️

Wet ground. Mud. Wind. Water coming in around the sides. Guests getting from the ceremony to the tent. Vendors loading in. Power. Lighting. Bathrooms. Temperature. And where exactly all that rainwater is going to go. 😅

A tent wedding absolutely can be amazing as long as you have a Plan B for your Plan B.

This is also why having an experienced wedding planner or coordinator matters. While you’re getting married, someone needs to be watching the weather, talking to vendors and figuring out the “okay… NOW what?” moments.

Because your wedding needs a BFF. 💕

Until the DJ has a question.
The caterer needs an answer.
Someone can’t find the boutonnieres.
The wifi at your hall goes down.
The ceremony chairs need to be moved.
And someone needs to figure out where the heck the cake knife went. 😂

Could you handle all of that yourself?

Absolutely.

But should you be handling it on your wedding day? Nope. 💕

Amazing. Gorgeous. Simply on point. I could go on, but the only way to do last nights wedding justice was to be there and experience it 💍. The love and support from friends and family was everywhere while V & M celebrated their marriage and partied into the night! Thank you for having Wedding BFF as part of your day ❤️

So excited to coordinate for V & M tomorrow! 💕💍

We had SO much fun at rehearsal this evening that your Wedding BFF completely forgot to snap a pic for the sneak peek. 😂🤦‍♀️ I guess that’s what happens when you’re too busy laughing, taking notes and getting everyone ready for the big day!

Tomorrow, it’s officially wedding time for V & M — and I can’t wait! I especially can’t wait for their grand entrance! 🥂✨

But here I am, blow drying my shoes because apparently I forgot to wash them after last weekend’s mud wedding fest. 😂🌧️🤦‍♀️

Wedding planner life is nothing if not glamorous. 💅🏻

Made it to Manitoulin, checked into the hotel, had an absolutely top-notch dinner at the conference centre 👌🏻✨ and now we’re getting ready for TOMORROW!

So excited to coordinate + decorate for J & S and watch all the pieces of their day come together. 💕💍

Clean shoes pending… Wedding BFF mode ACTIVATED. 😂💗

☔️✨ One last sneak peek for K&P…

The rain came. The umbrellas came. Mary Poppins even made an appearance. 😂☂️ But absolutely NOTHING was stopping this wedding day from being magical.

Through every raindrop and every beautiful moment, Wedding BFF was so incredibly proud to be there, helping bring this day to life and watching these two celebrate surrounded by so much love. 🤍

Rain or shine, this was one for the books. 💍✨

Because yesterday was giving rain. chaos. pivot. repeat. ☔️

There were Plan B’s… Plan C’s… and I’m pretty sure we made it all the way to Plan D. 😂 But that’s wedding days sometimes — you pivot, problem-solve, wipe off the lens and KEEP. IT. MOVING. 💪🏼💍

And somehow? It all came together BEAUTIFULLY. 🤍

The rain may have changed the plans, but it definitely didn’t change the magic. ✨ And this right here is exactly why your wedding needs a BFF. 🫶🏼

Apparently Mother Nature wanted to be on the guest list today… and she came in DRAMATIC. 😂🌧️

A torrential downpour, flooding, mud (so much mud), soaked shoes and a whole lot of pivoting — but absolutely nothing was stopping K & P from getting married today. 🤍💍

Because sometimes the most unforgettable wedding days aren’t the ones where everything goes perfectly… they’re the ones where everyone embraces the chaos, laughs through it, and remembers what the day is actually about. 🥹
