🥃NEW IN: Glen Elgin 17 Years Old [20 Years The Nectar / The Whisky Agency] Distilled 2009 - Bottled 2026 - Matured in a Ruby Port Barrique - 49.4% abv.

One of Speyside’s best-kept secrets — long treasured by blenders, yet rarely bottled as a single malt. This 17-year-old Glen Elgin, matured in a Ruby Port Barrique, reveals the richness of the distillery from an entirely new perspective: beeswax and honey meet an exceptionally refined, vinous elegance.
Nose: Beeswax, meadow honey and ripe Golden Delicious apple, complemented by a touch of marzipan. The Ruby Port brings red fruit and warm, rounded vanilla.
Palate: Creamy and fruity, with poached pear, dried apricot and butterscotch. Brioche and toasted hazelnut add structure.
Finish: Long and smooth, with honey, fine oak and a lingering fruity warmth from the Port.

Nose: Barbequed burnt ends, seaweed, waxed jacket, teriyaki beef, salmon skin, Palo Santo, stewed apple, leather, bark mulch.

Palate: Rauchbier, smoked sausage, green onion, Castelvetrano olive, mezcal, pickleback, mackerel, burnt orange.

Finish: Intense, bold, agreeably brash.

Nose: Lemon peel, sea spray, dried fruit, toasted nuts, and clean peat smoke.
Palate: Raisins, dark chocolate, citrus oil, roasted almond, sea salt, and ashy smoke.
Finish: Sherry, pepper, salt, and lingering pea

🥃NEW IN: Undisclosed Distillery (Islay) 18 Years Old [Infrequent Flyers N°189 / Alistair Walker Whisky Company] Distilled 05/11/2007 - Bottled 04/2026 - Oloroso Puncheon #807402 - 53.7% abv.

An 18-year-old single malt from an undisclosed Islay distillery, distilled in 2007 and finished for five years and three months in an oloroso sherry puncheon. The long finish brings dried fruit, dark chocolate, and warming spice to the whisky’s earthy peat and smouldering smoke. Cask 807402 was bottled by Alistair Walker at a cask strength of 53.7% ABV, producing 322 bottles for the Infrequent Flyers collection.

🥃NEW IN: Rainforest 2024 [Rainforest Distillers / La Maison & Velier] Distilled 2024 - 100% Pot Still - Bottled 2026 - 20 Months Tropical Aging in Ex-Chardonnay Casks - 1500 btl. - Barrel Proof - 58.0% abv.

Bottled at 58% ABV and without any additives, Rainforest 2024 reveals a remarkably expressive profile that is at once intense, vibrant and distinctly agricole in style, remaining fully true to the artisanal and educational philosophy of Habitation Velier.

Nose: Extremely lively and expressive, offering aromas of fresh sugar cane juice, ripe pineapple, lime and coconut milk. With aeration, subtle spicy notes emerge alongside hints of camphor and vanilla.

Palate: Precise and structured, displaying excellent freshness. Medicinal and lightly liquorice-like notes intertwine with flavours of sugar cane, while a delicate oily texture develops elegantly across the palate.

Finish: Long, fresh and fruit-driven, with notes of pear, pineapple and combava lime. Floral and vegetal nuances add further elegance, while the vibrant acidity evokes the character of a lime and basil tart.
