Gooseberries, green herbs, Granny Smith apple. Ye**ty brioche, subtle flint and salt. Fine soft perlage, elegant accidity.

This Brut Nature is made without any addition of sulfur or sugar. This Riesling finishes its fermenation in bottle and is aged for 8 months. The sediment is removed by manual disgorgement after 3-week period of remuage.

Crafted by Estelle and Cyrille Bongiraud (winemakers from Burgundy) on a Serbian terroir.

Ripe blackberry, cassis, violets, cedarwood, tabac and graphite notes on the nose. Full bodied red with velvety texture, nice freshness and great purity.

Deliciously old-fashioned natural and lively Bordeaux!

Grapes: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot.

Alc. 12,5%

Certified organic agriculture (1,7ha vineyard on clay-limestone soil north of Saint-Estèphe in Médoc), manual harvest, natural vinification, ageing in old oak barrels for 18 months. No sulfite added.

Mirabelle, hazelnut and lemon aromas. Fine, persistent bubbles with crisp accidity. Mineral and pure. Fresh citrus fruit and brioche notes on the finish. Perfect for every occasion, a first date, a celebration, a get-together with friends.

Food pairings: aperitif, oysters, salmon gravlax, scallops. Great for starting or finishing a meal with a touch of freshness.

Grapes: 35% Auxerrois, 30% Pinot gris, 25% Pinot Blanc, 10% Chardonnay.

Bright, juicy, elegant white with layers of flavour. Lemon, white peach, white flowers, anise, and apple cake aromatics. Grapefruit, bitter lemon, gravel on the palate.

Grapes: Godello (70%), Treixadura (20%), Albariño (10%)

Low-yield viticulture, regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices, cultivation on terraces, “heroic viticulture” with harvest by hand. Natural vinification. Only 660 bottles made.

Dark deep ruby colour. Violets, blackberry, plum, ripe cherry and a herbal note on the nose. Full bodied with nice acidity and velvety tannins. Complex and mouth filling wine with a long finish.

Try it with roasted beef, rabbit stew, veal, lamb chops.

Made from Prokupac grape that is believed to be one of the oldest grape varieties to be found in Serbia dating back to the Middle Ages.

Harvest by hand, fermentation by native yeasts, aging in Burgundy barrique, no filtration, no oenological products added, doses of sulfite less than 25 mg/liter.

The name of the wine refers to a Serbian tradition. Slava (Serbian: Слава, meaning ‘Glory, Celebration’) is a tradition of the ritual of glorification of one’s family’s patron saint.

Dark, ripe fruit, prune, bramble, black cherry, cacao and a touch of leather on the nose. Fruit forward, youthful soft, dark red with lots of flavour!

Try it with pasta with black olives, Moussaka, pork chops with ratatouille, charcuterie.

Băbească Neagră is an eastern European dark-skinned grape found in Romania, Moldova and Ukraine. The earliest mentioning of the grape date back to the early 14th century. It is believed to been grown in the region for 2000 years and is very popular with locals. Translated, Babeasca Neagra means “black grandmother’s grape”.

Certified organic/biodynamic practices in the vineyard. Natural vinification wth native yeasts in stainless steel. 10 days skin contact. Not filtered.

La Sapata is a collaboration between Roberto di Filippo and Roberto Pieroni, with 20 hectares of vineyards in the hills surrounding the Danube delta in southeastern Romania.
