We had to say goodbye to one of our favo bartenders Gio. He came in as a chocolatier and left as a friend.

Always arriving with a smile, even when he was a little late and making some of the best Negroni twists around!
His last shift wasn’t exactly planned. His little daughter had other ideas and decided to make her grand entrance instead. Congratulations, Gio! 
We already miss you and your Italian hospitality, but we wish you nothing but happiness on this new journey with your growing family.
We learn something from every bartender who walks through our doors, and your legacy will continue to live on at Jiggers!

We want to know what we serve and where it comes from. In that way, we control the flavour and are sure you only get the best ingrediënts.

That’s how we create a unique experience for you.
By not using bottled products we also
save fridge space and create less waste.

We take our Classics to the next level.
A well balanced mix of bourbon en scotch for an extra smmmoky touch.
A drop of licorice that makes it linger longer. And lots of love poured in every drop.

FIGS FOR EVER 🔥

Last week to come and try this one!

Who else is in love with fig trees like we are?
In the last years our fig tree has become one of our favourite plants to harvest ingredients from. The leaves have a unique flavour reminiscent of coconut. We turn those into a versatile liqueur that paires wonderfully with the herbal scandinavian aquavit.
Recently we also re started brewing some waterkefir and guess what, our favourite so far is the fig leaf one. Spiced up with the peppers we harvested from our greenhouse it makes for a surprising funky soda.
As a garnish we preserved and candied the unripe figs that were still on the tree end of autumn and wouldn’t make it through winter.

All together this is a unique drink you’ll probably never try anywhere else.
