OUR FIRST FRANCO FRIDAY SESSION WAS SO MUCH FUN ❤️

You guys (and even the staff) are loving our live music era. Thanks to everyone who came down last week to enjoy dinner while our resident DJ spun some groovy tunes.

Our next Franco Friday Session is on the 12th of June from 6:30pm. A good excuse to book in dinner and drinks with friends. All the details on our what's on page!

THURSDAY NIGHT JAZZ IS BACK FOR JUNE

We have an exciting trio joining us for a live performance in Franco’s Green Room. Expect not only jazz this month, but soul, groove and contemporary sounds that make the perfect soundtrack to dinner.

Leading the group is Carlos Andres Adura, a drummer known for blending jazz, soul, funk and Afrobeat influences into energetic and expressive live performances. Joining him is Freyja Garbett, a keyboardist, composer and producer whose career has seen her collaborate with artists including Katie Noonan, Montaigne and Touch Sensitive. Completing the trio is Michael Di Francesco, better known as Touch Sensitive, whose smooth nu-disco grooves and modern take on dance music have made him a favourite on the Australian music scene.

The performance is complimentary and designed to enhance your experience at Franco. Whether you're dining in the restaurant, at the bar or out on the balcony, you'll hear it throughout the space.

Performances begin from 6:30pm every Thursday in June, with two sets and a short break in between. No matter when you book, you'll catch some of the music throughout your evening.

For those nights when you want to get a bit boozy and groovy (but don’t feel like heading to a busy club or dingy bar), sit in style at your favourite local pizza bar, drinking good wine and cocktails while live DJs soundtrack your night.

With decks now installed behind the bar and speakers throughout the restaurant, we’re excited to announce our first two Friday Sessions. Ned Atfield (our soon-to-be resident DJ) will be playing from 7:30pm–10:30pm each night, spinning the kings and queens of 70s disco and soul, paired with contemporary groovy numbers to get you moving in your seat.

The perfect excuse to get your friends together on a Friday night. Plus, your first round of our signature Limoncello Margaritas will be just $10 each... our way of getting your night started!

Reserve your table online for Friday 29th May & 12th June. Book from 7:30pm and your table will be yours until close.

We couldn’t take the potato pizza off the menu even if we wanted to (you locals would kill us).

Made on our 72-hour fermented dough, topped with thinly sliced potato that crisps up in the fired oven, garlic oil, fior di latte and rosemary. Simple, but so good.

New pizza for our 🌶 lovers!
Tomato base, fior di latte, chorizo, goat’s cheese, guindillas (chilli peppers), chilli flakes, and lemon. The right amount of spice, with the goat’s cheese cutting through and a zing of lemon at the end. This one is good, if we do say so ourselves.

Come try it tonight — our last $19.50 pizza night on a Thursday before it moves to Wednesdays next week.
