Our Porchetta. Pork belly rolled with herbs and spices, then slow-cooked for three hours in house. Served torched for a little smokiness with guindillas peppers and mini grissini.

A seat at the bar, a couple of hours and a couple of dishes.

Pork cutlet with caramelised apple, charred cabbage and plum sauce. Bread & butter pudding with rum and apple glaze and homemade sourdough ice cream for dessert. Just a couple of our favourites on a cold night.

We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join the team at K.malu. Someone who works well under the pressure of a busy bar, can make a great cocktail, and most importantly, make our guests feel welcome.

Knowledge of cocktails and drinks is preferred, so you can recommend drinks to guests and tell them a little about what’s in their glass with confidence.

This is a casual position with ongoing hours for the right person as we head into a busy spring and summer.

Warm up with baked cheesy mash and fried baguette, topped with house-made prosciutto XO and chives. Finish with a glass of red, our hibachi-grilled steak with green peppercorn sauce and frites on the side.
