Today, while we pause to remember.
Our owner Lach is currently walking the Kokoda Track.
As a veteran himself, this isn’t just a walk, and it’s not a holiday. It’s personal.
Lach served over six years in the Australian Army as a combat engineer, completing multiple deployments to Afghanistan, where he was tasked with detecting explosives in high-risk environments.
That experience doesn’t leave you, it shapes you and it’s exactly why everything he does today is rooted in service. It’s a commitment to the veterans he stands beside, to the history that shaped this country, and to the community he’s dedicated years to building.
As Vice President of the Wollongong RSL Sub-Branch and a partner of Walk With Us Kokoda, Lach has created real, ongoing impact in this community. Through free coffee and cake for veterans at HBE, the weekend fitness program built around connection, and a space where those who’ve served feel understood and supported.
This Anzac Day, we honour those who gave everything.
And we recognise those who continue to serve, long after the uniform comes off.
