Spring is springing and the days are getting longer, which means… the perfect excuse to get that bottle of gin out and enjoy a fresh G&T in good company.⁠

Our sustainable gins all start with a base made from leftover sourdough bread, and we’ve got three to choose from:⁠

💙 Surfer’s Signature Gin - our take on a classic London Dry, with mandarin, Assam black tea & Grains of Paradise. An easy all-rounder for a very good G&T.⁠

🧡 Classic Summer Gin - light, soft and made for long afternoons and sunset drinks, with grapefruit, cardamom & cassia bark.⁠
⁠
🤎 Baker’s Dozen Gin - our original gin and the more complex one of the bunch, with 13 botanicals including allspice, cloves, angelica root & lavender.⁠

Can’t decide? Come try all three at the distillery and pick your favourite to take home.⁠

Happy International Dog Day to some of our recent furry customers 🐶

No bookings. Rarely pay their tab. Always expect a treat. Somehow still welcome back every weekend.

We absolutely love how many four-legged locals make their way through Hang 10, so here’s a little appreciation post for just a few of them recently.

And your regular reminder: we’re dog-friendly. Take the pup for a walk, make a little detour to Hang 10, and stay for a drink or two.

Water + treats for them. Cocktails + b**rs for you. Seems like the perfect combo!

We’ve loved welcoming a few groups lately for our Gin Glass Painting Workshops with .it.bykara and seeing what everyone comes up with might be our favourite part.⁠

If you’re looking for something a little different for a birthday, hens, group catch-up or just a good excuse to get everyone together, we can organise a private workshop for 6-24 people.⁠
⁠
And possibly the best part? You’re painting in the middle of a working distillery and brewery, so cocktails, craft b**r, pizzas and snacks are all within easy reach.⁠
