Blackwattle Brewery We are a bar and craft brewery in the heart of Alexandria. Our venue hosts music and trivia and our bar showcases a range of our wonderful beers.

Our expert bar staff will mix you up the best cocktails you have ever experienced. Founded in Glebe, on the banks of Blackwattle Bay, we started as a small, non-commercial brewery and decided to take the plunge into something bigger. For the whole month of August, we will have XMAS IN JULY. A Starward whisky House Old Fashioned. Using a homemade mulled wine syrup, vermouth, a house blend of cinnamon, orange and Angostura bitters and a healthy amount of Starward Two Fold. It tastes like Christmas. Should I have released this in July? yes. But better late than never.

🎤 Thursday: Open Mic Night from 7:00 PM. First-timers are always welcome!
🚴‍♀️ Friday: Tour de France Femmes Watch Party! We're showing The Queens Stage live and loud on the big screen from 6:00 PM. Expect bingo, trivia, lots of prizes, and we're keeping the doors open until 2 AM to see the final results. (Ticketed event)
🎸 Saturday: FREE gig featuring Smashed Avocados with Alex Fears starting at 7:30 PM. Bringing back the indie rock that Sydney has been dearly missing.
