A little Italian aperitivo. A little Eau-de-Vie theatre.

The Don Giovanni brings together Grey Goose vodka, Cocchi Rosa, Amaro Montenegro and our house-made citrus peel cordial, all carbonated in-house for a crisp, Champagne-like effervescence.

Citrus and floral notes arrive first, followed by the distinctly Italian bittersweet finish of Amaro Montenegro.

And because this is Eau-de-Vie, it’s presented in our duck decanter and poured Champagne-style at your table.

Due to some extensive flooding from a building sprinkler pipe behind our seating we have to make the unfortunate decision to closed for this week with a potential reopening date of Wednesday 12th August.

We greatly apologise for any inconvenience caused. This is the last thing we wanted!

We hope to have you in again for $2 oysters, $12 snack Martinis, Whisky Cheese Tuesdays, Espresso Zabs, Blazers and epic snacks.
