Venue #2 🍻

Earlier this year, our co-owners Lachy and Sam got the keys to one of Sydney's best independent brewers, Freshwater Brewing Co. in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches.

(You may have already had the pleasure of enjoying a schooner of Freshie beer on tap at Folly's before!)

The brewery has been kicking along since then, but the taproom has been getting a big shake up - and in its place, the new will officially open tomorrow. 🔜

Inspired by local community surf and sports clubs, Freshie Clubhouse combines a 70s aesthetic, nostalgic pub fare with an elevated nudge, and a list of crisp, easy-drinking house-brewed beers alongside local wines and throwback-style cocktails.

We'd love to see our Folly's friends on the beaches for a beer sometime!

Named one of Sydney's best by and , our Sunday Roast goes off every Sunday from 12pm (until sold out). A rotating choice of protein, served with golden roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, pumpkin, bacon jam, a Yorkshire pudding, red wine gravy, and all the classic condiments to boot.
