Robert travelled from Victoria up to Sydney for work and took the opportunity to visit the Snooker shop.
After trying out a few cues Robert chose an Eagle Cues Ultimate and a 1066 Dragon cue. They are now neatly and securely packaged in his new halo case for his flight back to Victoria.

Thanks for visiting and safe travels home

Ready to rock and roll! 🎱🔥

Cue in hand and rocking his 1066 Billiards shirt, the next generation is looking the part!

Love seeing young players embracing the game. Helping them find their feet, their cue and a passion that can last a lifetime. That’s something we’re proud to be part of.

An overnight train, an 8am arrival and a tournament win. That’s how we first met Adam! 🏆

At just 12 years old, Adam travelled through the night from Club Banora to Hornsby RSL for our very first junior tournament. After sleeping on the train, he arrived at 8am, picked up his cue and went on to win the whole thing!

He became a regular at our junior tournaments and later an Australian Champion, winning the Under 15 National Billiards title. 🇦🇺

This weekend it was great to have Adam spend a couple of days with us in the shop. A recent growth spurt meant he’d outgrown his MYCUE Junior, so it was time for an upgrade. His choice? A 1066 Billiards Royal FS. Safe to say he won’t be outgrowing this one! 😉

We love his passion for the game, and seeing him regularly rocking The Snooker Shop shirt back home at Club Banora means a lot to us.

Enjoy the new cue mate. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it! 👊

Jay got his first 147 today! 😉

This morning, we added MYCUE Genesis No. 147 to the website and put it on the cue rack. It didn’t stay there long.

Jay came in to try some cues, narrowed down his favourites, then headed off for lunch. Back for another hit, he took his time until he found the one that felt right.

What he hadn’t realised was the special number on his chosen cue.

Congratulations Jay, you’ve got your first 147. Now for one on the table!

Another great example of why we love try before you buy. Take your time, have a hit and find the cue that suits you.

Three more 1066 Billiards Valour cues found their new owners today!

Luke and Craig travelled down from Newcastle to try out our cues. Closing time came around and they were still deciding, so we stayed back to give them time to find the right ones. Both headed home with complete packages, each including a 1066 Billiards Valour.

Surtch also dropped in today and left with a Valour of his own!

It’s easy to see why the Valour has become so popular. Exceptional value, with cues in stock ranging from 57” to 60”, giving players more choice to find a cue that suits them.

That’s what our try before you buy service is all about. Get on the table, play some shots and feel the difference for yourself.

We have Valour cues available now, with another shipment due in November. Come into our Mount Kuring-Gai showroom and find your next cue!

A new cue and another trip in the green and gold for Jessica Woods! 🇦🇺

Jessica has been spending some time with us recently, trying different cues for Heyball and American Pool. Wanting to get back to the feel of wood, she settled on an ash 1066 Billiards Imperial. A few modifications to suit her needs later, she was back in store today to pick it up.

And how good do these two look in their matching Snooker Shop shirts? We’re seeing double! 😄

Jessica heads to India on Sunday to represent Australia in snooker at the 2026 Commonwealth Cue Sports Championships.

As always, we wish her all the best. We know she’ll do herself and Australia proud. Safe travels, we’ll be cheering you on!
