🎱📣 Tournament Information: On-the-Day Details 📣🎱
📅 **Date:** Sunday, May 10.
🕘 **Time:** Doors open at 9:30 AM. First round starts promptly at 10:00 AM. Players with a BYE for the first round must arrive by 11:00 AM.
🏢 **Venue:** Celestial Billiards, Level 2, 630 George Street, Sydney 2000.
🌟 **Format:** 9-Ball, 9 on the spot, break box, winner break, single elimination, 31 player limited field. No three-point rule.

⏰ **Match Time:** Matches must start at their scheduled times. For every 5 minutes a player is late, they will forfeit 1 frame until the entire match has been forfeited.
📱 **Digital Pool:** Players will receive a text message from Digital Pool with their table, opponent, and race. Please check your mobile phones for this information. Speak to tournament director Jenny Tran if you are unsure.
💸 **Payout:**
Winner: $500 + trophy
Runner-up: $250 + medal
Semi-finalists: $150
Quarter-finalists: $50
All other participants will receive vouchers.
👕 **Attire:** Players are required to wear appropriate attire, including t-shirts or collared shirts, shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes. Unacceptable attire includes t-shirts with offensive graphics or language, singlets, open-toe shoes, sandals, or thongs.
🎱 **Rack Rules:** Pattern racking is not allowed. Magic racks will be provided and players are encouraged to use them. However, if both parties agree, players may use their own magic racks. Triangle racks are not allowed. For the finals livestream, racks will be determined using a rack generator to ensure a random rack.
🍽️🚽 **Meal and Toilet Breaks:** There will be no official meal breaks. Players are allowed one 5-minute break per match between frames and one 5-minute break between matches if a player is to play their next match immediately. Late return from breaks will result in the same penalty of forfeiting 1 frame for every 5 minutes exceeded.
📵 **Use of Electronic Devices:** Electronic devices must be turned off or put on silent mode. Phone calls are not permitted during matches. The use of headphones, earphones, or similar devices is not permitted during matches. If a complaint is made, a warning will be given. If a second complaint is made, the player will forfeit the current frame.
❓ **Disputes:** If a shot is encountered that might cause a dispute, players should request assistance from the tournament director or someone nearby before taking the shot. Players are not allowed to call a foul after the shot if a referee is not requested. Additionally, if there are any balls on or near the magic rack, players should request assistance from the tournament director or someone nearby to remove the magic rack from the table.
