So last night our lil H***y Tonk / Whiskey Bar won “Live Music Bar Of The Year” at the Australian Bartender magazine awards. This award was extra special for us as it’s voted by the top operators of the Australian Bar Industry.

Lucille and I want to take a second to thank all of the amazing musicians who have graced our little stage over the 4.5 years. We literally couldn’t win the award without you!

We’re just a husband and wife duo who put everything we have into the venue everyday, it’s us booking the acts, it’s simon doing the sound and ensuring the stage is always set up and ready for our artists. Opening Jolene’s was never about making money off country music, it was genuinely about giving the country music community somewhere to feel at home in the heat of Sydney.

Thank you to all our staff current and past who have supported our crazy vision and helped us bring it to life ❤️ we love you guys.

We have also been given exclusive access to Dylan Gossett new album “Ramblin” this will be the first time the album has been played in Australia (possibly the world) to the general public and a full week early!
