When we say made in house, we really mean it. 🌽🔥
The marinades. The salsas. The mole. The guac. The tortillas. The slow-cooked meats.

The chopping, blending, roasting, pressing, stirring… and the hours and hours of prep you never see.

There’s a lot of work behind what eventually looks like one simple plate.

This is real food, made from scratch, by us. 🤎

Rule number one: you eat it with your hands.
Pick it up. Both hands, preferably.
Give it a little squeeze so everything settles into place. Don’t be scared if some salsa starts running down the side. That’s part of it...then go in for the bite.

You want a little bit of everything at once: the crispy corn masa, the creamy guac, the pork belly and that spicy salsa. Soft, crunchy, rich, spicy, fresh, all in one very loaded mouthful.

Will it get messy? Probably.
Will you need a napkin? Absolutely.
Should you try it anyway? Siiiii

This week’s Taco Tuesday is all about carnitas.

We cook different cuts of pork together, slowly, so you get a bit of everything in every taco juicy meat, crispy bits, and that good pork fat that makes carnitas, carnitas.

We make our tortillas by hand, using fresh masa, and cook them to order.

Just the way we grew up eating tacos in Mexico.

Every week, we make a different special.

This Tuesday, it’s carnitas.
