Our Single Malt Whisky is shaped by time, patience and a belief that good things are worth waiting for. Matured in French and American oak, it opens with honeyed malt and soft toffee before unfolding into candied fruit, creamy vanilla and gentle spice for a long, elegant finish.

There’s something pretty special about seeing one of our spirits poured by people who love creating great drinks.

We’re part of Serves of the State, with the team at Mr Mills Bar putting our Godfather Coffee Vodka to work in a cocktail that’s well worth the trip into the city.

Shout out to Vic Distilled for bringing together Victorian distilleries and bars to celebrate local makers, local flavour and the people behind the pour.

After four years resting in French and American oak, our Single Malt Whisky is finally ready to be shared.

There’s no bar queue and no one rushing you through. You get the space to sit, try a few things properly, ask questions if you feel like it, and take a bit of time to work out what suits you.

It’s a slower way of doing things, but that’s kind of the point. By appointment only.
