ed by original fixtures, solid timbers, textured leathers and bucolic pillars, the Mail Exchange Hotel offers a warm and inviting setting, and the perfect venue for dining, drinking and celebrating. Head Chef Andrew Wisken oversees the menu, and presents a suburb pub-style menu for casual dining at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is complemented by a concise and interesting list of Australian and international wines by the glass and bottle.
