Our Poached Pineapple Pavlova is a bit of a showstopper, and we think the photo speaks for itself.

A crisp pavlova shell, coconut Chantilly cream, poached pineapple and passionfruit coulis. A beautiful combination of sweetness, crunch and tropical flavours.

And yes, it's gluten-free too!

It's Melbourne Cup Day and we’re only about 2.3km away from Flemington Racecourse.

We’re open from 3pm for Happy Hour with dining commencing at 5pm.

Melbourne’s racing carnival is well and truly upon us, and if you're heading to Flemington, don't forget about us. A couple of weeks ago Saros had the pleasure of hosting the Cup itself!

We're under 3 kilometres from Flemington Racecourse, making Saros a great spot for pre-race catch-ups, post-race drinks or dinner after a big day at the track.

Our Happy Hour kicks off at 3pm every day we're open, and we still have dinner availability throughout the carnival.

So round up your race-day crew, come in for a cocktail (or two) and make an evening of it.

Bookings are recommended, particularly across the major race days.

It’s not every evening the Melbourne Cup joins you for dinner 🏆

Last night we were delighted to welcome the trophy to Saros & The Sebel Moonee Ponds as part of the 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour.

Two-time Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Corey Brown joined us to share stories from his career. He gave a rare look at what the race is like from the saddle, and he was a wonderful guest.

Tim Watson from Taxi Ride performed live through the evening, which set the perfect tone for the night.

Thank you to Corey, Tim and everyone who joined us. It was a pleasure to host such a special occasion.
