Hi Kombi Keg Community,
I feel it is timely to share an important update with you. This information is deeply personal, and I ask that it is treated with kindness and respect.

Kombi Keg Townsville and Whitsundays were not initially purchased by me, for me. Ultimately, there was originally another business partner whom they were purchased for, and had the primary interest in the operation of these businesses.

After many months of litigation and tens of thousands of dollars, the court has determined that these businesses will remain with me.

Jimmy and I have made the decision to continue with the businesses at this time, however, we are both qualified professionals with managerial roles in high demanding jobs - so what does this mean for Kombi Keg.

It means that you will still receive exceptional service at your important events. It does mean, however, that answering the phone during business hours is extremely challenging for us both. Email is our preferred method of communication where possible, as this helps us keep a clear picture of requirements for each event. [email protected] is absolutely the best contact for us.
It also means that you will likely hear from us out of business hours, when we can focus our full attention on your most important events.

All whitsundays communication is best through the townsville phone number as required, and, both emails are operational.

Please bear with us - we absolutely are committed to your most special day, we do this for love, not as a primary source of business income. We are catching up on emails and communication as we speak.
