The Kombucha Bar The Kombucha Bar was the first non-alcoholic 'bar' founded in Airlie Beach, Whitsundays.

The Kombucha Bar is the creative invention of Conceptual Artist TJ, a local resident of the Whitsundays region. It operated at the Airlie Beach Markets & Festivals in 2015 to educate and empower people with the knowledge, wisdom and healing benefits of Kombucha Ice Tea. The objective was to inspire people through 'Story' to start their own journey with the 'Art of Fermentation' and to get as many people in the town as possible to make their home-made ancient health elixir, Kombucha - generating a 'gut-healing' movement in the region. The Kombucha Bar is now only available by special request & when Trinkett (The time traveler) says so. All flavors, logos & stories are copyrighted and protected as the Intellectual Property of the artist, and will one day re-appear in her book as a chapter called "The Kombucha Bar".
