Reintroducing Dan.. Our sous chef.

Tim and Dan met in the hospitality industry back in 2018. Dan was on top of the list when it was time to recruit a kitchen team. He is dedicated, passionate and talented. He’s hard working, reliable and you just know your food is in good hands with him in the kitchen!

Dan has been with us since we started this journey in 2023 and he is more than a part of the Albion family, he’s a part of the Fowler family. He’s been riding the highs and lows with us for the past 3 years! There has been special family moments and milestones in that time we would have missed if it wasn’t for Dan taking the reins in the kitchen. His support has meant so much.

Dan enjoys cooking steak, and his favourite meal is his mums Sunday roast (we think ours must be a very close second!)

Thanks for letting us take your pic again Dan! We know everyone is going to love you as much as we do.
