Heisenberg Haus Farewell Week!

Our last full service is done. Now it is time to relax and catch up.

These final nights are for anyone who wants to come in, say goodbye, share a story, raise a glass, and celebrate this space with Mum, Dad, Andy and our beautiful, loyal and caring staff. This Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4:30PM we’ll be in the restaurant with the local legends who have supported us so much over the last decade.

This is not normal service.
No full dinner menu, no bookings.
We’ve dragged Dad out of the kitchen and he’ll be joining Mum and the team in the dining room so we can thank everyone properly.

A short menu is available at the bar, designed specially for these last three nights.

Feel free to pop in, catch up, and help us farewell the Haus and the people that made it special for you 🍻♥️

A message to our Heisenberg Haus family

After 10 years in the heart of Ipswich, the time has come for us to hang up the aprons. At the conclusion of our lease, we have made the decision not to renew. Our final day of trade will be in December. We have a little something planned from the 10th to the 12th so stay tuned!

We’ve poured everything we have into this place. It has been the most incredible chapter, but the tank is close to empty. The memories, the friendships, the families who became like our own… that’s the part we’ll carry forever. Thank you for every meal, every celebration, every laugh shared at our tables (and the occasional dance on them!)

As we step away, a new opportunity opens. The venue is primed for someone with the passion to make it their own, negotiate a new lease, and leave their mark on this city just as we’ve tried to do.
