A massive thanks to Andrew from Hilltop Hops Farm for visiting our Valley Brewhouse for our first ever brew with fresh Queensland hops. Tuesday marked a first for Stony Creek Brewing our very first midweek private function, and what a special night it was.

Standing back and seeing our beautiful heritage building filled with people smiling, laughing, and enjoying themselves made me incredibly proud. The energy in the room was so positive, and watching our staff smiling while our guests had such a wonderful time showed exactly what Stony Creek Brewing is all about.

Events like this remind us that we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
A huge thank you to Mel, who absolutely loves planning special events. She puts so much thought and care into every detail, making sure everything not only runs smoothly but also looks perfect. Her passion and dedication shine through in every event we host.

We would also like to sincerely thank the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce for trusting us to host your birthday celebration. We were truly honoured to be chosen for such a special occasion.

A big thank you to everyone who respected our private event closure yesterday. We appreciate your understanding, and even more importantly, thank you to those who supported our neighbour CUatN8s and our friends at The Rusty Nail while we were closed. Supporting local businesses keeps our community strong.

Today we are back open and it is the perfect day to gather the family, bring the dog, grab your partner, and settle in for a long, lazy lunch.

The beer is cold, the kitchen is ready, and the only thing standing between you and a relaxing Sunday is deciding what to order.
