Gimme that liquid gold, Texas tea, sticky icky, gooey, yummy STOUT! Is it not the best thing for a dark and stormy Melbourne winter?

Here we have some fresh drops from our fave NZ creatives Garage Project who are constantly upping the game with unique and interestingly moreish brews.
Starting with Snug (as a bug in a rug) this one’s a warming Irish stout - the perfect balance of chocolate, coffee and full bodied creamy mouth feel. Just give it a couple of shakes, crack the lid, pour vigourously into a glass and sit back with a snug grin while a cascade of tiny nitrogen bubbles slow rises to form a creamy head atop this silky smooth, pitch black stout 🖤

Then we have Cereal Milk Stout, the breakfast of champions, rival only to the world famous Momofuku cereal milk perhaps? Brewed with corn flakes, oats, chocolate wheat and a generous dose of milk sugar. Rich, smooth and redolent of the sweet remnants of the breakfast bowl 🥣

Then finally Black Milk, a Full Cream Imperial Milk Stout.
Plump Autumn barley, velvety oats, crystal and the darkest black malts, topped off with a decadent addition of creamy lactose milk sugar. They’ve brewed up a pitch perfect balance of delicate dark roast and smooth milk chocolate mocha sweetness 🤎

“The 2025 Tolmie Pinot Noir is about 70% Barwite vineyard below the town of Tolmie in the Upper Goulburn with 25% Mornington Peninsula and the balance from the King Valley. The nose is complex and difficult to describe but shows bright berry fruits, miso, to***co leaf and freshly rained on rock. The palate is chewy and dense with more dark and red fruits, spice and stone.”

To the left, we have 2024 Henty Cabernets (75% Cab sauv & 25% Cab Franc): a mouth watering blend of dark fruits balanced delicately with notes of cranberry, pepper & olive
To the right, 2021 Henty Cabernet Sauvignon: a superb drop with notes of dark fruits, chocolate and licorice rounded out with fine tannins and a lovely natural acidity
