Next week we are hosting a Tassie Pinot masterclass as part of our 'Table' series.

This is the first event as part of the Proper Drops wine club. Limited to strictly 10 seats.

Guided tasting of 6 stellar pinots, with grazing plates. $39 for wine club members or $79 for non-members. Starting at 7pm Wednesday 12th August.

Own a slice of Lennox history.

After over 2 years of laughs and good times around the wine barrels out the front, a local resident has decided to make a complaint about the barrels being left on the footpath after we close at 11pm.

While I try to figure out how these two vessels have negatively impacted somebody between 11pm to 9am - I do acknowledge that it has been done so outside of our footpath permit.

To fund new outdoor settings, we are offering up the barrels at $200 each. To be collected in the next week.

The weekend just gone marked three years since our little bar and shop opened here on Maling Rd.

No two days are ever the same and we continue to create many special friends and moments along the way (also a enough stories to fill a coffee table book).

Thanks to all who have popped down and continue to do so on a regular basis. Look forward to another year of laughs and good aussie vino.

PSA: Good booze at Lennox Wine...

Over the last two weeks there has been a major shakeup with the major liquor retailers, with Endeavour selling off major assets such as Oakridge, Chapel Hill and Joseph Chromy whilst keeping the brand names intact. Creating a flexible sourcing model, moving to outsource 99% of their grapes.

Treasury Wine in the same week announced it was dumping 40 brands to focus on premium brands.

'Whats this got to do with Lennox Wine' I hear you ask.

We got into this little business as we love the connections you make along the way. All the wines we stock we can confidently talk through the people involved, the family, the vineyard or the winemaker.

Every time you purchase a bottle, it touches many small businesses along the way. Whilst there may be labels you are unfamiliar with, we can guarantee they are all delicious and worthy of your attention.

I know its convenient popping next door to the supermarket for a top up as part of your weekly routine, but you could be drinking so much better and support small independent shops and producers at the same time.

You can also have a sneaky taste as you browse too x

A few of you have already uncovered this little gem we have been preparing...

As the days get shorter, sometimes you really don't feel like heading out to get good quality wine.

So we have developed our own little wine club named 'Proper Drops' which is super convenient.

Proper Drops is a monthly wine subscription service that comes delivered to your door at $99 a month.

This includes 3 delicious wines (red, white or mixed) a corkage token to use that month, access to events and free delivery.
