A very special just arrived! 21yo Macallan x Highland Park blend.
Vatted in 2015 with minimum 10yo whisky, then aged for a further decade in Olorosso Sherry Butts, this is a rediculously premium blend!
Only 60 bottles were allocated to Australia and one is on our shelf so if you missed out, come down and have a dram of this special blend to celebrate World Whisky Day (or any other time!)

Getting a delivery of maple syrup cask matured rye from is a perfect excuse to make pancakes for breakfast!

We have a feeling this bottle isn't going to last long! Drink it on its own or in an epic old fashioned. The ultimate dessert boilermaker with a pastry stout. Paired naughtily with a Nakamura Salt Caramel chocolate.
So many beautiful ways to enjoy this fun, and unique whisky!
