Have you ever wondered what all the fuss about sipping rum is about?

Doorly's 12 is a good place to start.
It comes out of Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, a name that's well worth knowing if you're getting into good rum.
Aged for 12 years, it's full of vanilla, oak and dried fruit notes, sweet but without any added sugar, and with a nice subtle kick that lingers on the tongue.

The Captain has many opinions. Fortunately, this is one we can get behind!
It's one of the his favourites (for good reason!).
Recommended for beginners to neat rums, but seasoned rum drinkers equally so 🥃

Looking for the perfect cocktail for (dare I say) any occasion?

Legend says that the Zombie was originally invented in the 1930s by one of the Grandfathers of Tiki - Donn The Beachcomber, when a hungover customer asked for a drink to help him get through a business meeting.
The customer later returned complaining that the drink had turned him "into a zombie".

Whoops 🙈

Donn's Zombie recipe was a tightly held secret so ours is a play on the original with spiced rum, white rum, apricot brandy, absinthe, passionfruit, orange, lime, grenadine, & bitters.

So you can see why it's one of our "Volcano Strength Danger Drinks" on the menu! It's delicious but (un)deadly💀 Limited to one per customer per night!

Swing in this weekend for a taste of tiki history!

frankfurt or veggie sausage (+$2), mustard slaw, cheese, pineapple & jalapeño pickle, cornjack sour cream.

and it pairs superbly with our ROAST VEG SALAD ($16), if we do say so ourselves!
