This week the Captain was trying to quietly enjoy a glass of Casa Barú Spiced Rum in the tiki hut…

Unfortunately Castor had other plans.

Armed with determination, Swedish ingenuity and several illegally connected straws, he embarked on a highly sophisticated rum theft operation.

Honestly? Fair enough.

Casa Barú Spiced is a Panamanian rum that brings warm notes of vanilla, cacao, orange peel and spice with just enough richness to keep you going back for “one more sip”.

RSA required, Red Card handy but not essential
Loves Rum (or at least rum-curious)
Great in a team (likes to banter and do bits) and knows how to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests
Above award pay rate
Minimum 6 month commitment

This week we’re pouring the mighty Pusser’s 15 Year Old.

This award winning rum out of Guyana brings all the things we love about traditional navy rum: rich molasses, warming spice, dried fruit and caramel.
