Winter nights are settling in nicely at The Pal.
Three nights of live music this week, with a few familiar faces returning to the stage and plenty of stories, soul and song along the way.
Thurs 11 June – Ev Jones
Back at The Pal, Ev Jones brings decades of experience as a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and touring musician. From collaborations with The Bamboos, Thundamentals, Hilltop Hoods and Urthboy to his own solo projects and bands, Ev's live shows blend soul, groove, storytelling and world-class musicianship into something uniquely his own.
Fri 12 June – Benny Elder w/ Vetty Vials
Returning to The Pal, Benny Elder is a songwriter with a knack for finding beauty in life's messier moments. His latest album Divine Glow explores heartbreak, love, change and resilience, delivered through honest storytelling and a sound that comfortably moves between folk, country, pop and rock. Joining him is the brilliant Vetty Vials.
Sun 14 June – Josie Bakker
Sydney singer-songwriter Josie Bakker creates thoughtful folk-pop shaped by healing, self-discovery and human connection. With a voice that's equal parts delicate and powerful, her songs explore the light, dark and everything in between, drawing listeners into her warm and deeply personal world.
Doors from 5pm. Free entry, always.
