Introducing the HENRY X JACK BOILERMAKER. A cold Young Henrys L***r with a side of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Wh***ey or chilled Tennessee Fire. A pretty fine pairing for a Sunday evening at The Pal.

One guitar, one looper pedal and the sound of a full band. Sydney singer-songwriter Dylan Celegon brings a fresh take on Australian country, mixing folk, country and good old-fashioned pub rock with a modern edge.

At just 18, Dylan's already making waves, earning a Top 10 finalist spot in the 2026 Golden Buckle Awards and recognition in the Six String Brewing Songwriters Competition. Armed with his guitar and a looper pedal, he builds his songs layer by layer, turning a solo performance into something that sounds like a full band.

A HALLOWEEN HOEDOWN AND A 40TH BIRTHDAY BASH?! 💀🎃🤠

Things are getting a little spooky at The Pal this Saturday night, and we've got one hell of a celebration lined up!

Tommy Brooks & Leroy Lee are joining forces once again, bringing their contrasting acoustic guitar styles together for an evening of spooky tunes, original songs and a few familiar favourites.

Expect some mighty fine guitar playing, a little Halloween mischief and plenty of birthday carry-on, because our mate Tommy is turning the big 4-0!

Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged, so dust off your finest spooky get-up and come raise a pint of blood (or whatever takes your fancy at the bar) to the birthday boy! 🦇🍻

That's right, folks! We're kicking off our brand new Friday night live music sessions, and who better to get things rolling than our returning favourite, Max Marvell!

Max brings his soulful blend of blues, country and rock back to The Pal stage, stripped right back to an acoustic guitar and a good story. His songs are personal, honest and full of heart, delivered with the kind of easy charm that makes you want to pull up a stool and stay a while.

Time to pull up a stool with an icy cold Young Henrys L***r as Vetty Vials hits the stage supported by Luke McDonald.

Sydney singer-songwriter Vetty brings her distinctive blend of alt-country, folk and indie rock to The Pal, with a little punk attitude thrown in for good measure. With a country twang, honest storytelling and songs that explore life's ups and downs, Vetty's sound is equal parts raw, warm and wonderfully bittersweet.

Joining her on the night is Luke McDonald from Amends, kicking things off with a support set.

Having played her first pub gig at just 16, Jill has spent her life writing, recording and performing. In solo mode, she weaves together tales of life, love and loss, drawing inspiration from the likes of PJ Harvey, Janis Joplin, Lucinda Williams and Johnny Cash.

Saturday night at The Pal is about to get a whole lot livelier! 🤠🎶

We're turning up the Saturday night carry-on with an extra night of live music as Hawkes & Washingmachine hit the stage!

Two seasoned musicians, one mighty combination!

Pete Hawkes on acoustic guitar and vocals joins forces with fiddle maestro George Washingmachine for a wild ride through original jazz, blues, folk and Celtic sounds.

Expect lilting Gypsy jazz fiddle, thundering Celtic reels, wailing blues and sizzling slide as these two wield their instruments of mass distraction!
