Bon Vin, meaning 'Fine Wine', provides outstanding French inspired food and wine in a warm and intimate subterranean, sandstone cellar located in the back streets of Darlinghurst. The experience wouldn't be complete without a glass or two of our delightful French wine, at a very reasonable price. Our space is also perfectly suited for small functions with a maximum capacity for thirty guests seated and fifty guests standing. Restaurants are a non-denominational cathedral where people from all faiths gather for a common purpose: the atmosphere, companionship, and food. In other words, the complete social experience. Bon Vin seeks to be that place - a place of conviviality, where people are united in a special moment in time, connected by the love of fine food and wine served in a unique atmosphere. Join us tonight for European Rosé Night, with special guest Rosé Royale—a five-course dinner celebrating European rosés and French-inspired flavours.

🥂 Begin with De Perriere Rosé Brut from Burgundy, followed by:

🦪 Fruits de mer — rock oyster with homemade rosé vinegar mignonette and spanner crab on toasted brioche.
🧀 Le Rosé Soufflé — a light, fluffy pink cheese soufflé.
🐟 La Saumonée — rosé-cured gravlax with shaved fennel and crème fraîche.
🍽️ Veal & sweetbread fricassée — with white asparagus and rosé béarnaise.
🌹 Œufs à la Neige — soft meringue floating in rosewater custard.
