Next Sunday we have the absolute joy of welcoming Enrico from to Bar Liberty!

We are hosting lunch alongside our beloved friends at and to offer a very special Sunday lunch from Enrico, as well as a selection of fun, vibrant wines from Giorgio + Mattia's portfolios.

Enrico moved to Sydney from Verona in 2011 and spent 7 years at 10 William St, where he became Head Chef. In 2021, he opened Paski Vineria Popolare in Darlinghurst with Giorgio and Mattia.

Enrico’s cooking is deeply rooted in Northern Italian traditions, especially the rich flavours of his hometown, famous for Bollito Misto con Pearà.

Expect Taiadele in Brodo with Chicken Livers to start, followed by Bollito Misto, and finishing on Red Wine Poached Pear, Sbrisolona and Crème Fraîche, with some sneaky additions on the day - what a way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

The restaurant and wine bar (plus Giorgio, Mattia and Enrico themselves) are integral parts of Sydney's hospitality scene and we are incredibly excited to bring even just a small snippet of what they have to offer to our little corner of the world!

Due to the nature of the menu we are unable to accommodate for any dietaries.

New onto our by the glass list from - Grüner Veltliner grown 5km from the Southern Ocean just North of Robe in South Australia. About two-thirds of the fruit was gently foot-trodden and left to soak overnight before being pressed over the top of carefully selected whole-bunches.

Think green apple, fennel pollen, and chamomile, ideal with grilled meats and fish!
