To celebrate Mexican Independence Day, we’re welcoming Chef Alfredo back into The Office kitchen!

Today, he’s hanging up his Captain’s uniform and putting his chef whites back on — especially for you.

🌮 On the menu tonight: his special Birria, prepared by Alfredo himself, along with his mum’s homemade salsa recipe — a little taste of Mexico and a family recipe that makes tonight even more special.

This is a one-night-only celebration, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
