This week, we're heading to Port Douglas for the Taste Port Douglas Festival and we're so excited!

KOI has been invited to lead a guided sake tasting as part of the Sashimi from Scratch Masterclass, hosted alongside the wonderful team at . Together, we'll be walking guests through four different sakes โ€” exploring each style, the flavour profiles, and how beautifully each one pairs with fresh sashimi.

We're proud to say that the Masterclass is sold out, but good news: you can still find us at Festival Village at the all weekend [August 8th & August 9th] serving some of your KOI favourites โ€” including our famous Miso Scallops โ€” alongside an incredible lineup of vendors, produce and a barefoot bar with some seriously beautiful w**es.
