🍪 Chilean Alfajor – It is a sweet made with two soft, delicate biscuits joined together with a sweet filling with manjar (dulce de leche)
🥐 Cachitos –Chilean pastry shaped like a small horn and filled with dulce de leche. Crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and sweet inside.

🌭 Choripán – Grilled chorizo sausage served inside a fresh bread roll, usually topped with pebre, a traditional Chilean salsa made with tomato, onion, coriander and chilli.
🌭 Completo – Chile’s famous version of a hot dog! A sausage served in a soft bun and generously topped with ingredients such as avocado, tomato and mayonnaise.
