You might have heard that we snagged the Broome Chilli Festival Gourmet Trail's award for the People’s Choice chilli dish and cocktail 🌶️ 🍾 For a limited time only, you can try out our winning cocktail at the Bay Club!

Congratulations to our hardworking team who created the winning entries. Our bartender Laura worked to create a cocktail that nailed the brief to hero chilli, while also working to cool the palette after a round of spicy food.

Introducing Blush & Burn 🍓🌶️
Tequila, Luxardo liqueur, strawberry & passionfruit puree, lime juice, Chantilly with a dash of chilli.

Chef Tiziano created a special raw tuna dish, marinated in a sriracha chilli mayo with a coconut, lime & szechuan-pepper sauce. Finished with chilli oil, a homemade chilli jam and a crispy wonton cracker, the flavours worked together to balance out with a spice level that didn't lose the punchy flavours of the fresh ingredients. Served with a dragon breath chilli sauce on the side for those who want to take things up a notch. Let us know if you'd like to try it!

🍷🤠 WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK 🍷🤠 Johnny's Lounge is back, plus this weekend gets rowdy with Country Line Dancing. Buckle up, Broome!

🍷 Monday - Johnny's Lounge is open from 5.30pm for you to slow down and enjoy a glass of our best Italian wines, with new features every week, along with our Lounge antipasto menu made to share. Lady Luna Trio will be back with their smooth tunes - no entry fee and a walk in event, no bookings needed.

🦅 Thursday - Wings and Wetlands with George Swann. In-house guests don't want to miss our weekly morning nature walk through the mangroves. Spots book up quickly so make sure to check in with Reception.

🎵 Friday Live Music is bringing in Danny Bau from 5pm to soundtrack the start of your weekend, along with plenty of expertly mixed cocktails and cold beers.

🤠 Saturday - Country Line Dancing is back! Our popular free classes are not to be missed - great for beginners and all ages. Beer bucket specials and our Bay Club menu to keep you fuelled. Class starts at 6pm.

🎧 Sunday - Beats and Brews
Finish off Sunday arvo relaxing with friends, cocktail in hand with stunning views.
Cocktail specials and smooth DJ sets from our resident DJ Seon Wall.
3pm - 6pm

*Yoga by the Bay is taking a short break this week - but will be back as usual next Friday 8am-9am.
