Shaking up a storm with 👌🏻 Moontide have an awesome day planned for tomorrow as part of Australian Gin Day! Live Music from and food as well! And what better way to celebrate then with a Lady Moontide.

Ingredients:
60ml Moontide Pearl or Pride Tide Gin
20ml Cointreau
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Egg White

Dry shake then shake with ice. Strain into your short glass and garnish with edible flowers or dried fruit! Enjoy! 👌🏻

My take on the ‘Sweet Sweet Passion’ from coz it’s just so delicious!

Ingredients:
30ml Chambord
15ml Amaretto
15ml White Chocolate Liqueur
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Egg Whites
2tsp Passionfruit Pulp

Simply dry shake all your ingredients together, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a short glass and garnish with passionfruit and dried lemon! Enjoy 👌🏻

Ingredients:
60ml Bacardi
75ml Stitch Up Cocktail Mixer
15ml Sugar Syrup

Simply shake all the ingredients together and strain into a short glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy 👌🏻

I’m still alive! Been flat out moving house and getting our new place baby ready! But with Brews on the Bay coming up at this weekend, I thought I’d share a cocktail inspired from their last event back in 2019.

Ingredients:
45ml Vodka
30ml Chambord
15ml St. Germain
30ml Lime Juice
Ginger Beer from

Add the spirits and lime into your shaker. Shake with ice and pour into a glass of your choice. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with lime and berries! Enjoy 👌🏻

Something that will take your night to the next level! (Or something like that)

Ingredients:
30ml Sloe Gin
30ml Southern Comfort
15ml Amaretto
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Orange Juice

Add all ingredients, apart from the OJ, into your Boston glass and shake with ice. Strain into your short glass and top with OJ. Add your garnish of dried or fresh fruit. Enjoy! 👌🏻

Hope everyone enjoys their Easter long weekend and what better way to celebrate it than with cocktails!

Ingredients:
30ml Chocolate Baileys
30ml White Creme de Cacao
15ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
45ml Milk
Rimmed with Nutella and crushed hazelnuts

Firstly, rim your glass with Nutella and hazelnuts. Then, shake all the ingredients together with ice. Strain into your martini glass and garnish by finely grating any Easter egg of your choice! Enjoy! 👌🏼

I thought to myself the other day, could you make a tropical sour cocktail? And this is what I got...

Ingredients:

30ml Bacardi
15ml Mango Liqueur
15ml Amaretto
30ml Mango Nectar
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White

🫐 B L U E B E R R Y B L I S S 🫐

So I experimented and made my own blueberry gin! I infused about 400g of blueberries in gin for 3 days then drained them out. And with that, made this simple yet refreshing cocktail!

Ingredients:
60ml Blueberry Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water

Simply build this in a tall glass with ice and top up with Soda 👌🏻

15ml Triple Sec
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
60ml Grapefruit Juice
