We’re looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves great food, great service and building great teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience running busy, high-volume services
• Strong understanding of rostering, labour costs and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards
• Positive, professional and hands-on approach
• Flexibility to work across a hospitality roster
