Well, someone planned this nicely indeed... 😂

It’s National Schnitty Day, and it just happens to land on our regular $15 Schnitty Wednesday night.

Here’s something to chew over while you’re at it...

A true Wiener Schnitzel is made with veal.

With Father’s Day next Sunday, here’s your reminder that our full menu of pub favourites will be available alongside Chef’s Father’s Day specials.

So Dad could keep things classic with our house-made Beef & Onion Pie, served on mashed potato with gravy - then head to our self-serve bar and load up on his choice of veggies.

What a night celebrating local business at the 10th Salisbury City Centre Business Awards, presented by the Salisbury City Centre Business Awards.

We were absolutely thrilled to take home the Entertainment Award, proudly sponsored by Cr Johnny Chewparsad JP.

And while our Venue Manager Sharon didn’t take home the inaugural Women in Business Award, being named one of just three finalists was a huge recognition in itself.

A huge congratulations to Angelina Pascale of Pascale Legal Barristers & Solicitors, who was named the inaugural Women in Business Award winner, and to her team. 👏

The room was buzzing, with well over 100 packing the Assembly Bar from local businesses across the City of Salisbury coming together to celebrate 16 award categories, voted for by our local community.

There was plenty of food, a few cheers and an incredible high-tea-style dessert spread to finish the night - but most importantly, a room full of people celebrating the businesses and people who make Salisbury what it is.

Thank you to everyone who voted for the Salisbury Hotel in the Entertainment category. This one came from our locals, which makes bringing it back to the pub that little bit sweeter. 😊

Well, look who’s a FINALIST! 👏

A huge congratulations to our very own Sharon Coombe, Venue Manager of the Salisbury Hotel, who is one of three finalists in the inaugural Women in Business Award at the Salisbury City Centre Business Awards.

We’re very proud to see Sharon recognised alongside two other inspiring local women - and we’ll be cheering her on at the Awards tonight.

And hopefully, for once, Sharon might actually get to sit down and enjoy the dinner rather than being the queen of hosting one. 😂
