We’re excited to share that our Executive Chef, Matt Sherriff, has been named Chef of the Year (General Division) at the 2026 Australian Hotels Association - SA Branch Industry Awards! 🏆

If you’ve dined at Verandah Dining, you’ll have experienced Matt’s creations firsthand. His passion and dedication to his craft shine through in every dish, making this recognition well deserved.

We also received a Judge’s Commendation for Verandah Dining in the Restaurant General Division – Metropolitan category, recognising the hard work and commitment that goes into creating a memorable dining experience.

It’s the final Read Between the Wines of the year! 🍷📚

What a year it’s been! Great books, even better w**es, and plenty of good conversations along the way. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing suppliers, our lovely regulars, and everyone who’s joined us for the first time ❤️

We’re wrapping things up with London Falling by Patrick Radden Keefe, paired with Hentley Farm’s Villain & Vixen, with Rikki Hill leading the discussion.
