Ubuntu was birthed after working at one of the best restaurants in Harare, Maestro Restro Bar & Lounge (FOOD - PEOPLE - MUSIC). It was then when I saw that it doesn’t matter how attractive and expensive a place can appear whether it has the best products or the best vibe in town. First impressions do

matter surprisingly and in this case how you treat a client/customer has a huge bearing on whether they become loyal to your service over a lifetime or not. This is all hinged on passion and attitude. In the end you must love what you do and this will help you produce the best brand.
