We’re proud to recognise our Employees of the Month for MAY. A well-deserved congratulations to Michael Chilala & Spencer Mubambe
This month, we celebrate and recognise Michael Chilala, an outstanding member of our Food & Beverage team whose dedication and versatility have made a significant impact. Having successfully transitioned from the bar to supporting the banquets team, he embraced new responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Michael is a dependable team player and valued colleague who consistently goes above and beyond to support both guests and fellow team members. His positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to excellence make him a true asset to the department and a pleasure to work alongside.
We also celebrate Spencer Mubambe. He has been instrumental over the past month in planning, training, and preparing items for our new menu. He embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, quickly mastering new techniques and menu requirements while demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.
His ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply them effectively has been invaluable. Spencer continues to provide excellent support to the Executive Chef and his fellow colleagues, helping the team understand and execute the new menu. His dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude significantly contributed to the kitchen's success.
