Heritage Day plans? Sorted! 🥾🔥

Join us at Monks Gin Distillery on Thursday, 24 September 2026, for the Bakkrans 5km Hike and a proper Braai Day celebration.

We set off at 10:00 from Monks Gin Distillery, with a waterfall stop and a special surprise along the way. Afterwards, enjoy live music under the tent, delicious food and a golf chip-in-the-bucket challenge with prizes!

On the braai: boerewors rolls with tomato and onion relish, plus organic chicken sosaties with salsa on a bun.

Entry is R150 per person, and children under 14 join for free!

Good food, good music and good company. Gather your people and come celebrate Heritage Day with us at Monks!
