Meet Winemaker Chris Williams: An award‑winning South African artisan who spent 16 vintages as cellarmaster at Meerlust. Today he crafts The Foundry wines from the Cape’s finest sites, blending traditional and modern techniques for a pure expression of fruit and terroir. Minimal intervention in the cellar lets each vintage reveal its true character.

We willl be pouring both the Foundry Range and Geographica. We will be serving lovely charcuterie boards.

When: 10th March, 6pm–8pm

Taste The Foundry’s finest, hear his winemaking story, and discover the craft behind each bottle. Limited spots available - reserve your place now.
