𝙈𝙀𝙀𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙉𝙎: Jorik Pienaar 🎸
This guy's musical journey is wild - from SAMA-winning drummer to ukulele wizard. Jorik's played with pretty much everyone in South African music (seriously, the list long😅) For 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨, he's bringing something special: a Mervyn Davis SmoothTalker 5-string fretless ukulele bass (yes, that's a mouthful). Think jazz bass meets Middle Eastern Oud, with some effects pedals thrown in just for fun😉 He's played everywhere from the Seychelles to Germany, but now Riebeek Kasteel is home. Here, he keeps pushing what's possible with strings and sound - making instruments do things that they probably didn't know they could do🎵
