Its been 7 days since I mixed up the sriracha contents & fermentation has begun! Once the sauce has been blended and bottled I will share some feedback on the taste and flavor! If it meets my standard I will sell limited bottles of it!

And here we have the beginning of my Srirachi sauce!
I'll update you all in a weeks time when the fermentation is complete & I'm ready to mix this into what I hope will be a delicious Crafty srirachi!

Got some fresh Jalapeno's and Garlic waiting to be mashed up & mixed into a fermentation-ready mixture where it will sit in room temperature and bubble away for the next 7 days.
From there it will be further mixed with salt & spices & eventually, strained!
The beginning of what I hope will be a killer Sriracha sauce....
