Chenin Blanc is an incredibly versatile white grape variety that ranges from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. Often considered the crown jewel of South African winemaking, it features bright acidity, notes of honey, apple, and tropical fruits.
Because Chenin Blanc is incredibly food-friendly, here is a quick guide to find the perfect pour for your next meal:

Dry & Sparkling: Pairs perfectly with seafood, goat cheese, or light salads. Excellent as a champagne alternative.

The name ‘La Bri’ is probably derived from the French for ‘the refuge’, a perfect name for this property, as it is safely nestled in the imposing amphitheatre of the Franschhoek valley.
