Well… what a year it’s been already! 😅

As many of you may have seen in The Herald, the Arlington power pylon collapse has caused widespread power outages in our area while repairs are underway. Unfortunately, Munkee Biznez Pub & Grub is also affected and currently without electricity.

Just a friendly heads-up if you’re visiting us this weekend:

• Our Yoco card machine may struggle with signal, so please bear with us when paying.
• We’re cooking everything on gas, so food might take a little longer than usual.

As we always say:
“If you’re in a hurry, you’re in the wrong place.”

All our food is freshly prepared to order, and good food takes time! 🥪🍔🍖🍞🥓🍕

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this time. We really appreciate it!

After a wild weekend of food, drinks, and full-on munkee business, we take Mondays off to nap, recharge, and behave (briefly) 😴🙈

The fire didn’t stop us. 🔥

Update:

The fire demolished majority of the bush at the back entrance and jumped the street from willows across.

There is damage at Munkee but not irreparable.

Please note we will still be closed today but will be open the rest of the week as per usual!!
